General Settings

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck contains the following configuration options which with some settings is limited by user permissions:

  • Change Password (available to all users)
  • Account Management (available to all users)
  • Branding Management (available to ‘administrators’ only)
  • Template Management (available to ‘administrators’ only)
  • Notification Management (available to ‘administrators’ only)
  • Organisational Hierarchy Management (available to ‘administrators’ only)
  • Discount Management (available to ‘super administrators’ [our staff] only)
  • Referral Management (available to ‘super administrators’ [our staff] only)

Change Password

If you forget your password and supply your email address, your password will be emailed to you so that a new password can be set.

Account Management

The Account Management feature within the Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool allows

  • Users – provides a summary of user details, permissions granted and history of activity by user
  • Payments – provides a summary of payments made, invoices generated, payment information, number of licenses and expiry date for annual license
  • Upgrade Account – renew annual license, purchase additional new user licenses, enter discount codes (if applicable) or referral sources (if applicable)

Branding Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool has the ability to add a company logo to the PDF reports which for Anti-Bribery practitioners / consulting firms is useful since the tool can be used across multiple engagements, with the final report containing your organisations logo.

Template Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool has a feature that makes available to any users of the tool access to various templates to provide supporting information, such as, policies, procedures, transaction records.  There are a few out-of-the-box templates already supplied but this feature allows an organisation to define and make available customised templates which will only be seen by users associated with the same organisation.

Notification Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool also contains a feature where specific notification rules can be enabled/disabled or customised, for example, sending emails to item owners (i.e. actions, issues or risks), where the item falls due or is overdue, but a certain number of days.  This feature can be used to notify owners of open or overdue items, when the user may not log in to the Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool on a daily basis to view the items awaiting them in ‘My Open Items’ on the homepage.

Organisational Hierarchy Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool contains a unique feature that allows users to define the organisational structure of their own organisation, which can be updated and managed over time.  This feature defines the Groups, Divisions and Teams that exist, making items (actions, issues or risks) to be able to be assigned and tracked to anyone across your organisation.

Discount Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool contains a feature that is only available to our staff, which allows us to define discount codes which we use for promotional purposes or for offering discount codes, for example, where organisations qualify for ‘loyalty discounts’ or ‘multi-product use discounts’.  We also use this feature to incentivise our channel partners to promote our solutions in different markets around the world.

Referral Management

The Anti-Bribery Healthcheck Tool contains another feature that is only available to our staff, which allows us to define a drop-down value that recognises whenever a direct online sale for the cloud-based annual license has been obtained via one of our channel partners.
